A Personal Project - A T-shirt full of memories
Some projects aren’t just about clothing, they’re about love, memory, and connection that lasts a lifetime.
When Ruth Wynton reached out, she wanted something very special. Her father had been in the 824 Helicopter Regiment, and his beloved yellow t-shirt which was worn, faded, and full of memories had been passed down over the years to Ruth and her daughters. Losing him last year was incredibly tough. Ruth asked if we could bring the design back to life and create individual t-shirts for each family member as a tribute. Of course, we said yes! It was an absolute joy to work on such a meaningful project, restoring the design, honouring her dad’s memory, and creating something that the family could treasure for years to come.
Projects like this remind us why we do what we do.

Many many thanks for making sure the tee shirts were ready for yesterday. I really appreciated yours, Ben’s and Jack’s help in ensuring the tee shirts were perfect, as well as ready before the weekend.
It was a special day yesterday, with my younger daughter and family, from Germany, and older daughter.. all together for a belated special birthday (Alicia and family return to Germany today so it really was crucial to have the tees).
Both Beth and Alicia were delighted with the tee shirts, and appreciated the thoughtfulness.. that original yellow tee shirt we had all worn over the years and losing Dad last year was extremely tough, so for each of us to have these, in his memory, is very precious. So a big thank you.
And although we met in London and couldn’t try the tee shirts on, Alicia’s husband took some photos, one of which I’ll attach Thank you Jo, and your team, for making something very special
